Receive e-mail when anything changes on this site

You can now recieve an e-mail telling you when anything gets added or changed on this website. It's easy to do:
- Login
- Select 'My account' from the admin menu on the left.
- Click the 'Edit' tab and check that your e-mail address is correct.
- Click the 'Notification settings' tab, press all the 'enabled' buttons and select your preference for content (you can get just the titles of the new content, or the whole thing).
- Press 'Save settings'.
That's it next time anyone adds any stories, pictures or comments, you'll get an e-mail!
After setting up this website some months ago, I'd got used to the fact that although lots of people were reading it, hardly anyone was either adding content or commenting. So I was cross with myself to discover that after not looking at the site for some weeks, I'd missed some comments (about lack of content, ironically!). This feature means that when anyone does comment' I'll know about it quickly and be able to respond. And so can you.
