Saturday's 'Weakest link' night has been transformed into a quiz night with fish and chips supper to start. (Apparently there was a shortage of volunteers willng to be roundly insulted and made fools of!)
Folks need to sign up for Fish & Chips (mushy peas extra!)

New Harbour master appointed

The new Harbour Master has been appointed and they are supposed to be lifting and inspecting chains and moorings this next week (22 Feb2010) all being well.
This year's sailing programme is in the new Year Book out to all members on receipt of 2010 subscription! Spare tide tables are available at the Bar - cost £1.00.

Food news...

Bridget Booton has moved on to pastures new. The committee is in the process of advertising and interviewing for a new Bar Steward and in the meantime, the dining room is closed other than for Members Eat In Nights that as ever are very popular and have limited seating. These Nights are being run by fellow members and if there is any member out there who has a burning desire to cook for the rest of us then please contact either Sheena Birch or Jan Wallace to check out what is available.
